The best sandwich I had in the city. Had the lampredotto classic for EU4.50. Sandwich was so tender and gravy soaked bread was just the right accompaniment.
Street food experience in Florence. You must pay a visit if you want to try Lampredotto. They sell very juicy and flavourful paninos filled with this famous type of meat (the texture is special if you haven't tried anything like that before, but belive me, it is worth the try). It is very easy to find and a very handy option to continue wandering around the city. The staff is friendly and efficient, the quality is very good and at a fair price.
We had the Pacino and the Trippa, both delicious and salty (in a good way). The Trippa was a bit more flavorful and came with a roll on the side. (My favorite)
Location was easy to get to since we had an hour break in the middle of a tour near Uffizi.
Wish they had at least a bar counter or something that many other food stands have.
So simple yet so tasty. The lampredotto is one of the best sandwiches we had in Florence.
We had the Lampredotto panini. The meat is tender and the broth is flavorful - the bread was a little too hard for me, but overall good nonetheless. I suggest trying the other famous one at the Central market - that one blew our socks off and was worth the trip.
A tasty different experience. Florence is also famous with its street food. Details @babaneyiycez INSTAGRAM
The best street food I had in Firenze! Have it with green sauce and spicy oil. This calls for beer tho.
Good foods
Wish more green sauce!
